In fact, I hate it. I hate Twitter.
There. I said it. I’ve been reluctant to admit it because for some reason it makes me feel less hip. But I hate it. I tried to like it — tweeted maybe once a week to feel like I was still in the game but I just don’t get it.
Think I’m just gonna roll with Facebook and keep blogging.
Thoughts?
I used to hate twitter but then I started connecting with people I never would have and was introduced to a great blogger and became a convert. I can understand why you wouldn’t like it though. I had my account for almost a year before I decided to do anything with it.

I agree with you and Grace. I really don’t like when people tweet (why isn’t it twit) the same EXACT thing they put on their facebook, blog, website. So I’ve scaled way back on who I follow on Twitter. Sometimes I feel like it’s listening to a one-sided conversation. I’m waiting for the a-ha moment, but I don’t see it coming.

I just don’t get it. What’s the point? Am I really interested in your every move? I am with you Erin. I have an account and I just don’t see the point.
Twitter is one of those things where if you aren’t engaged in it on a daily basis, you won’t really ever connect with it. It’ll suck that you don’t do it. Maybe you can keep your account in case you change your mind later. You can feed your RSS feed to post to it too.
